Ordered dresses over a month ago and never got them

I bought some dresses from this person online over a month ago. Paid $35 for them. Never got the dresses.

I tried emailing at [email protected] but nobody ever wrote back. The phone number they gave was 1(517) 607-6934 and I called a few times, it just rang or went to voicemail.

So basically I paid and they just took the money. No dresses ever showed up. Not sure what else to do.
