Mail with a deadline and no company name listed

Got this letter from some place at 507 N Washington St Unit 8 in Jacksonville, FL. It had a website pkg41.recntc.us and a phone number 1(832) 446-9306 on it. They gave a deadline of 5/1/26 and made it look all official like it was necessary.

They had some of my info already which felt strange. They didn't say anywhere that this was optional or just an ad. I never gave them permission to get my info or contact me. It just felt like a phishing thing trying to make me think I had to do something.

Got a mailer about my deed that led to a scam website

I got something by mail about a deed. I just had a new deed done by my attorney, so it seemed logical. I wanted to pay the fee online.

I put in the website they gave, pkg41.recntc.us. Once I did that, a bunch of information came up right away saying it was a scam. I didn't pay anything. I just tossed the whole thing in the trash.
