Got a quote online and they changed the rate without telling me

I got a quote from them online. The number was 1(800) 462-2123 and they're based in Placentia, CA. They gave me a price and then just changed it. I didn't agree to it and I didn't even know they were doing it.

They took $81.78 from me. I never consented to that rate change. It just happened.
