Ordered a Christmas gift and still nothing by June

I ordered something from plantpico.com back in November. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I used their website and my card got charged $194.80.

I have sent them 10 emails now. I keep telling them I need the product or just give me my money back. It’s been months and I still have nothing. It is now June. Their phone number is (833) 227-6001 and their address is 21860 Baker Pkwy, Walnut, CA 91789. Their email is [email protected]. I don’t know what else to do.
