Ordered socks, tracking is all over the place, no refund

I ordered some socks from Plantar Socks back on December 13th, 2025. They said it would take 3 to 5 business days to ship.

The shipping info they gave me has shown my package in a bunch of different places, the last one being Philadelphia. I've contacted them a few times about it. They told me it was at my local post office, but I checked and the post office doesn't have it.

I asked for a refund or for them to just send a new pair, since nobody can find the package. They said no, and that I'd need a letter from the post office. The whole thing feels very phishy to me. I'm just done with it.
