big disappointment of the item described

Based on the online advertising I purchased the artificial fern plant, order number 70346. Buy one get one free, the visual of the item advertised was the woman removing the fern plant from its package displayed a hugh fern plant which on delivery, however that wasn't what I received. I received 2 small packages with the small bundles which I could have gotten from the local craft or dollar store. Clearly the seller just wanted to make a sell, I was very much disappointment and angry, I feel I was deceived and honestly ripped off. The seller should pull this item from online purchases. I will share this online and have already shared with several people who was also interested in a purchase.

Ad showed big ferns but they sent tiny stems

I ordered from plantenly.com because the ad showed these huge artificial ferns. Looked really nice in the pictures. I paid $37.87 for them.

What showed up was two tiny little stems. Not even close to what was in the ad. They sent it from Brooklyn, NY 11211. I emailed [email protected] but no reply. Just feels like a total waste of money.
