Ordered ferns and got flat fake leaves in an envelope

I ordered beautiful ferns from plantenly.com. They were supposed to come in a black pot inside a brown cardboard box. The picture showed full lush plants. Looked really nice.

What I got was a flat white envelope. Inside were two flat sets of leaves. Not potted. Not realistic. Not beautiful. Just ugly. I paid $47.87 for this. Feels like a total ripoff.

Tiny fake plant from Plantenly.com not what was pictured

I ordered from Plantenly.com and what I got looks like it came from the dollar store. Not anywhere near the size in the website picture. I paid $37.87 for this.

Their address is 4733 Melton Rd, Dayton, OH 45403. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. See picture.
