Ordered a mini chainsaw got a plastic keychain instead

I ordered a functional mini chain saw from playtrixlab.com. I paid $88.87 for it. What showed up in the mail was a little plastic chainsaw keyring. Not even close to what I ordered.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] but nobody wrote back. The website is still up though. The address they have is 144-42 Jewel Avenue in Flushing, NY but who knows if that's even real. I just want my money back or the actual saw I paid for.
