Fake vacation award offer that you cannot cancel

I got this offer in the mail about winning some vacation award. It looked real enough, said I was selected for a special deal. A few people in my group actually bought into it and then tried to cancel like it said you could.

Well they could not cancel. No one answered the phone, or they gave some runaround. Total scam. I did not lose any money myself but I feel bad for the others. Just a fake offer with fake awards, nothing about it was real.
