Ordered a stuffed animal, charged my card, but never got it.

I ordered a plush toy from plusnstuffshop.com. The money, $13, came right out of my account. That was weeks ago. I never received the item, nothing ever showed up.

I tried contacting them about it. I sent two emails to [email protected]. No one ever wrote back. I got no response at all.

The phone number listed is (210) 686-7003. The whole thing just feels like I paid for nothing.
