Shirt advertised as linen mix turned out to be cheap nylon

I bought a men’s shirt from these people. It was supposed to be a “linen mix” but when it got here there was no materials label at all. The fabric felt cheap and had a bit of a sheen to it, obviously nylon or polyester.

I tried to return it. They took forever to reply, then finally said it would cost a lot to ship it back to China and I’d have to pay for that. Then they said I could keep the shirt and they’d refund 10% of what I paid. That is totally unacceptable.

I don’t want this misrepresented shirt and I just want to send it back for a full refund.
