Ordered a sample and then they charged me for three bags

I ordered a sample of Pluto Pets product just to see if my dog would even eat it. She wouldn't touch it. Then I got an email saying they were sending a full bag of their product anyway, and it was $38.69. I told them my dog wouldn't eat the sample so I didn't want the bag.

They said I was obligated to buy 3 bags at $38.69 each. I am really careful about reading fine print when I order anything and I would never agree to buy 3 more bags. I filed a dispute with PayPal and now they tell me they can't cancel unless I retract the dispute. Can you help me from being ripped off? Thank you, Patricia Watson
