Call saying my PNC account was hacked from England

Got a call on my landline. Said they were from PNC bank. Told me my account got hacked by someone in England who used my debit card. I was scared.

They put me on hold with someone who said they were from a western union complaint department. I ended up losing $1,750. It was all a scam. I feel stupid now but they sounded real.
