Package Received

I received a package of 8 bottles of different vitamins and gummies that I have no idea what they are or if I ordered them. I want to return them and cancel any future shipments I may receive. The phone number listed is only a recording and disconnected me.

I do not want these nor do I want to pay for them. I need to cancel any future orders immediately. How do I reach this company? Karen Lee

Saw an ad online for a diabetes cure, lost over $200

I saw an advertisement on the internet. It stated there was a cure and a way to reverse Type 2 Diabetes. They were selling supplements with guaranteed successful results. The ad said "WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE. BE FREE FROM TERRIBLE EFFECTS OF DIABETES, AMPUTATIONS."

I contacted them. The phone number was (877) 216-3254. The address is PO Box 1036, Florence, KY 41022. I ended up paying $247 for these supplements. The money is just gone. There was no cure, nothing changed. It felt like a complete scam. I never got any real results, and now they don't reply.

The address and the P.O.Box belong to an outfit called SweetRestore and they seem to be a clearing house for some sales outfits of the sort you've encountered. Their customer service phone number is 877 200 9802. They should be able to handle it, if they are legit.
