Company keeps putting fake debt and fraud on my credit reports

This company keeps reporting all these different accounts to the credit agencies. They're marked as charged off and fraud, but I never got any forms from the IRS saying this is supposed to be income. It's all based on a bunch of fraudulent inaccuracies they put on my reports. None of their information would hold up in court.

All I get is bull[censored]. Copied and pasted fake documents. They don't own any of this so-called debt. I've never had anything to do with these loan sharks. Why is everyone letting them do whatever they want to people who work hard?

I have more documents about this company and what they do. It only let me attach one here, but I can send all the information I have.
