Got a weird text pushing me to call about a car warranty

I got this text out of nowhere. It told me to respond and call some number right away about my warranty. The whole thing felt off—it was all vague but super urgent, like I had to add on their warranty now. They mentioned waiving $199 to make it sound like some big deal. I looked up the number they gave, (866) 933-3110, and the address they had was PO Box 85073 #66587 in Richmond, VA. I didn’t call or give any money, but it’s just annoying. Why are they texting people like this? It’s clearly some kind of scam.
