Ordered one thing from pokecollects and got something totally different
I paid $86.20 for this. The address listed on the site is 1001 4th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98154 and the email is [email protected]. I tried reaching out but nothing back so far.
Just want people to know what happened if they're thinking about ordering from there.
Order was wrong and no one will help me
I tried emailing them at [email protected] but nobody ever got back to me. So I filed two disputes with Afterpay and sent them pictures showing what I got versus what I ordered. They closed both disputes and I still haven't gotten my money back. I just want my $86.20 refunded. The address on the site is 212 Broadway E, Seattle, WA 98102 but that doesn't really help me since they won't respond.
Advertised English Pokemon boxes but sent Korean packs
What showed up was 18 Korean booster packs and two common English singles. The whole thing isn’t even worth $39.99 on the street. The singles are worth pennies, nowhere near the $17.99 they claimed.
I paid $148.60 total. Their site is Pokecollects.com, address is 101 Union St, Seattle, WA 98101, and they use [email protected]. Just feels like a straight up counterfeit deal.
Ordered Pokemon cards and never got a real response back
Their site says they ship orders every Tuesday. That didn’t happen. After I bought I started reading reviews and found out they send fake Korean Pokemon cards. The description doesn’t say they are fake. They have fake good reviews on the website too. I wish I checked before buying. Now I’m out the money and nobody will reply.
