Ordered from a Facebook ad and never got my stuff

I ordered something from a website called polocom.com. I found them on Facebook and they had a shop on Shopify too. Paid $347.10 for the item and it just never shipped.

I looked at their site after I paid and the only policies they have are about keeping your info confidential. Nothing about orders or shipping or anything. Shopify wasn't any help either even though I used their app to find the merchant.

They still have the website up and the email is [email protected] but nobody answers.
