Ordered a cheap dog bed and they charged me over a thousand

I ordered a dog bed from pominie.com for 11.99. It was supposed to be a simple online purchase. That’s all I did.

Then I see on my card they made purchases for over 1100 dollars. They stole my info and just ran with it. My bank says they can’t do anything about it so I’m screwed. The website address is Granada Hills, CA 91344 and their email was [email protected]. I don’t know what else to do.

Bought a cat tree online and never got it

I saw an ad for a cat tree and bought it back in April 2026. Paid $24.99 for it. The website was [email protected] and they had an address listed as 16807 97 Ave NW in Edmonton, Canada.

Never got the item. Tried emailing them at [email protected] and nothing. No phone number that works either. Just no reply at all. Been waiting and nothing shows up.

Ordered online and never got anything back

I ordered from Pominie.com and sent them $950. They took my money and I never got my stuff. The phone number they gave is (904) 581-2692 and the email is [email protected]. I tried reaching out but nobody answers.

Just don't order from them. It's a scam. I'm out almost a thousand dollars and there's nothing I can do about it.

Dog steps website never sent my order after taking payment

I was looking for steps for my dog on Google and this site pominie.com came up like 5 times with different styles. Their prices were the cheapest I saw. It said delivery in 2 to 3 business days so I picked the style I liked and checked out. They had PayPal or direct card entry. I used my card and got a confirmation email.

A few days later my bank's fraud department called me about other charges trying to go through on my card. They said it was fraud and closed my card. My dog steps never showed up after a week. I went to the website to track the order but the message said they could not find my order. I am disputing it with my bank now.

Ordered a cat fountain and never got it

I tried to buy a cat fountain from their website pominie.com and I never got my order. I paid $9.99 for it. I tried emailing [email protected] but the email just bounced back. I also tried calling the phone number they had but it always gives me a busy signal. So I have no way to get a hold of them or get my money back.

Ordered a pet item online, never got it and can't reach anyone

I ordered something for my pet from pominie.com. I got a confirmation email and even a tracking page, but the item never showed up. It's been way past when it was supposed to arrive.

I tried emailing their support at [email protected] and got no reply. I called the number listed, 1(917) 508-5062, but the calls just cut off. It didn't even ring.

I'm out $11.99 and there's just no way to get ahold of this place for an explanation or help. Nothing.
