Ordered a bunny a month ago, no shipping info and no replies

I ordered a small bunny from Pomlulu.shop back on March 5. Today is already April 3 and I still haven't gotten any shipping information. Nothing has shown up.

I've contacted them three times at [email protected]. One of those times was to ask for a refund of my $26.98. No one has ever responded to me. Not a single reply.
