Ordered from pomof.com and never got my package

I bought a few things from the POMOF website back in April 2026. They sent me a confirmation that it shipped and even gave me a tracking number. Then I got a notice saying it was delivered, but I never actually got the package.

I've emailed them a bunch of times since then at [email protected] asking what happened and if they can help me find it. No reply at all. I'm out $36.89. Just don't buy from this site.
