Ordered prints from ponandzi dot com and never got them

I placed an order for two prints from ponandzi.com on 5/1/2026. Got a confirmation email from squarespace with the receipt and an order number. That was it.

Over a month later and still nothing. No prints, no update on shipping, nothing. The only way to contact them is through a contact form on the website. I’ve tried that and got no response.

Lost $28.50 on this. Just want my order or my money back.
