Ordered a custom blanket, never got it, can't get a refund

I bought a fleece blanket from poochprints.com on December 1st, 2025. It was for my mom after her dog passed. I never got the mock-up they said they'd send to confirm the order. So on February 22nd, I emailed them to cancel it and give me my money back.

They emailed back saying they were "unable to process or fulfil outstanding orders at this time." That didn't make any sense to me. I wrote back and said I don't want it processed, I want it cancelled and I want my $79.99 refunded.

I haven't heard anything back since then. I'm just waiting.
