Ordered a kids cardboard cutting tool from Instagram ads and never got it

I saw an ad on Instagram for a kids cardboard cutting tool. It looked good so I clicked through to their site and placed an order. I paid $50 for it.

I emailed their support at [email protected] a few times. They kept telling me the tool was coming. It never showed up. I reported the ad to Instagram but they didn't do anything about it.

Paid $50 for an item from Facebook that never shipped

I saw this company, Pookino, on Facebook and paid $50 for an item. I got an email from their support, [email protected], saying there were delays. They said their inventory didn't meet safety standards and they paused shipping. They said it was made-to-order and to just wait.

That was it. No item ever came. No updates after that. I'm out fifty dollars.
