Paid $50 for an item from Facebook that never shipped

I saw this company, Pookino, on Facebook and paid $50 for an item. I got an email from their support, [email protected], saying there were delays. They said their inventory didn't meet safety standards and they paused shipping. They said it was made-to-order and to just wait.

That was it. No item ever came. No updates after that. I'm out fifty dollars.
