Ordered a kids toy from a Facebook ad and never got it

I saw a Facebook ad for a kids cardboard cutting toy, one of those STEM things. Looked cool so I ordered it. They gave me a confirmation number right away.

After a while I never got any tracking info so I emailed [email protected]. They actually replied back, so I kept emailing them. I asked for my money back but they never sent it. I lost $49.95.
