Ad said order one size bigger but they won't take them back
When the sandals came they were way too big. I told them the size was too large. They looked at the order and said well that's what you ordered. So they said they can't take them back or give a refund or send a different size. They said I could just throw them away if I want. They offered me 5% off another pair but that doesn't help me with the sandals I already have that I can't use.
