Lost a huge amount of money on what turned out to be a fake website.

I was on this website Poplova.com and ended up losing $26,000 to them. The whole thing was a scam. They posed as a real site but it was completely fake.

I tried to get in touch about it. I sent an email to [email protected] and I also tried calling the phone number they had, which is (240) 510-8454. Nothing came of it. No reply, no help, nothing. The money is just gone.

Ordered a bag from a TikTok ad a month ago, never got it

I saw an ad on TikTok for glamoholic bags, the knockoff kind. I went to their site, poplova.com, to buy one. They had these "sales" going on, which I guess was just a scam tactic. I placed my order and paid $31.84 a whole month ago. I never received my order.

I emailed them at [email protected] about it. They replied and offered me a 50% refund. They said the package was already in transit and canceling would be too complicated, that the package would just get destroyed. They said I could keep the package and get half my money back. That doesn't make any sense to me. I never got a package to keep. I just want my money back or the bag I paid for.
