Ordered a handbag and they took my money with no delivery

I bought a handbag on May 26 2026 from Poppy and Sage. They took my payment of $105.75 but I never got the item. I emailed them a few times at [email protected] and got no reply at all. Just nothing back. Their website is poppy and sage handbags and they are supposed to be in CT, USA but I don't know. I just want my money back or the bag. Thank you.
