Ordered a portable TV that never showed up

I ordered a portable TV online and paid $37 for it. That was a few weeks ago and I still haven't gotten anything. No tracking number, no email saying it shipped, nothing.

I tried looking up the website again but it just seems gone now. I feel stupid for falling for it. They took my money and I have no way to contact anyone. No phone number, no address, nothing. Just a bad feeling about the whole thing.
