Paid $180 for anniversary photo edit, never received anything

I ordered digital photos from portraitgift.shop so they could be edited as an anniversary gift. I paid $180 for it. Right after the payment went through, I got a message saying the product would be sent to my email the next day.

That was it. I never got any photos. I've sent a bunch of emails and messages since then to [email protected], trying to find out what happened. I haven't gotten a single response back. Nothing. They just took the money and disappeared.
