Job delivering packages turned into no pay and locked out

I applied for a job delivering packages. They said I would get paid 4200 for the first month of training, then it would switch to every two weeks at 2100. Today is pay day and I have been locked out of the portal. I have not been paid anything.

They had a website u8712.postlend.team/login and an email from [email protected]. The address they gave was 3340 Players Club Parkway in Memphis. I do not know what to do now. I cannot get in to check anything.
