Mailed stock forms to Potemkin LTD and never got paid

My parents got this letter in the mail about buying their 138 shares of GE Healthcare stock for $7479.60. It came from something called Potemkin LTD. Sounded legit enough so we filled out all the paperwork they asked for.

We mailed the forms on 5/2/26 and never saw a dime. The stocks were supposed to go to something called NY Depositary LLC. They also wanted copies of my parents drivers licenses so we sent those too.

Never got the money. Just nothing. No call no letter nothing. Lost $11,000 on this.
