Paid for a puppy online and then got hit with more charges

I bought a dog from Pratts Dobermanns online. They sent pictures and videos and their website seemed real, it even had testimonials. When I was finishing the sale, the guy said I needed to pay an extra $150 on top of the $600 for airline shipping. He would only take Cashapp or a wire transfer, so I did the wire.

I sent the money. Then right after, I got contacted by a shipping company asking for another $1,000 for a crate, again wanting Cashapp or a wire. That’s when I knew something was wrong. I asked the seller for my money back and he just said he didn’t have it. But I signed an agreement with him and it says right in there that I can ask for a refund if I’m not satisfied.
