Bought swimsuits from Premcurve and they won't refund me

I ordered 5 bathing suits from Premcurve. When they came the quality was really bad and nothing fit right even though I followed their size chart. I asked for a refund and they said I had to pay for international shipping which was over $40 so they offered me 25% back to just keep the stuff.

I said no and after a few days they came back with 50%. I said no again and then they offered 80%. By then we had been going back and forth for over 3 weeks and I was just tired so I agreed to the 80% just to be done with it. After I said yes they stopped answering my emails. I sent 6 more emails asking about my refund and they never replied and I never got my money back.

Online store won’t let me return or exchange my order

I ordered something from premcurve.com and when it came it wasn’t what I wanted. Their website says you can’t just send stuff back without telling them first, and the address on the package isn’t the return address. So I emailed them at [email protected] to ask about returning it.

They came back and offered me a 20% refund. I said no thanks, I want a full exchange instead. After that they just stopped answering my emails. I lost $106.97 on this.
