Two different business names called from same company

I got two phone calls from two different numbers but they were from the same company. One said they were Premium Home Builders and the other said Local Home Builders. I called the first number back and someone answered but then just hung up on me.

The second number I called, they tried calling me by a completely different name and would not give me any business info. All they kept saying was they got my info from a public home owners directory. I told them to stop calling me but they called multiple times the same day. When I asked for a physical address or business license they hung up on me again.
