Receipt for a computer plan I never ordered

I got this receipt in the mail for my store order. It says Premium PC Protection Plan, transaction ID txn-9215828. The charge is $339.96. I never ordered anything like this.

The paper has my name and address on it, Owen Nolan, 2856 in Albany, New York. It says if I didn't place this order to call 1-888-716-3466. There's no company name on it really, just that plan name and a customer support number.

I don't know what this is about. I didn't buy this. The whole thing feels off. I haven't paid anything yet but I'm worried they might try to charge me anyway.

Shop app order for a PC plan I never bought

I got a push notification from the Shop app saying my order will ship soon. When I looked at the order details, there's no product except for a "premium pc protection plan" which doesn't even make sense for me. The whole description just says thank you for your purchase and that my plan is active for 12 months with an invoice number and a customer support number of 1-888-527-7789.

The delivery to field is really weird too. It says "2856 If You Didn't Place This Order, Call Us at 1-888-527-7789, Albany, 10001". The dashes in the phone number are all messed up with underscores and stuff, which I guess is their way of trying to get around filters. I didn't order this at all and I'm not sure how it even got into my Shop app.

Shop app notification about a PC plan I never bought

I got this notification through the Shop app saying "Thank you for your purchase. Your Premium PC Protection Plan is active for 12 months." It had an invoice number PCP-845859 and a customer support number +1 (888) 690-3420. I never bought any PC protection plan.

The notification also had a shipping address for someone named Owen Nolan. I don't know who that is. It just felt weird getting a confirmation for something I didn't order.

I tried calling the number but it didn't feel right. No company name was on the notification itself, just that invoice and the support line. I didn't lose any money but I'm worried about what info they might have.

Fake invoice showed up in my shop account for PC protection

I was just checking my shop account and saw this order that I never made.

Order #24499, dated Jul 28, 2026. It says "Thank you for your purchase. Your Premium PC Protection Plan is active for 12 months." Invoice number PCP-845859, transaction ID TXN-9215828. The total was $339.96.

There's a customer support number on it, +1 (888) 742-1280, and an address in New York: 2856 If You Didnt Place This Order, Call Us. I didn't place any order. I didn't lose any money but it's just weird seeing that in my account. No idea how it got there.
