Paid for firewood and never got it or any update

I ordered firewood from Premium Seasoned Oak Firewood. I sent the payment, it was $150 through Chime. That was it.

I never got the wood. I never got any information after that, no updates, nothing. The address was listed as being in Tennessee. I tried to find out what happened but there's just no response. My money is gone and I have nothing to show for it.
