Getting constant calls about a prequal loan I never asked for

I keep getting all these calls about a prequal loan. It's like 5 to 8 times a day. I never asked for any of this.

I keep blocking the numbers every time they call. But it just doesn't stop. They call from different numbers and it's always the same thing about this loan. It's really frustrating because it just keeps happening no matter how many I block.
