Ordered from Presidentialblunts and lost $500 with no refund

I ordered from Presidentialblunts.com and paid $500. They wouldn’t refund me. Instead they said I had to buy bitcoin to finish the payment. That didn’t make any sense. I already paid them.

I just wanted my money back or the product. They wouldn’t do either. Now I’m out $500 and they keep asking for bitcoin. Feels like a total scam. No help at all.
