Dress from Preston Hayes was not linen at all
I tried to get a refund since their website says they give full refunds, and they refuse. Instead they say they'll give STORE credit. Why do I want store credit for quality I don't like??? Then they offered to give me back 20%??? They are liars.
This website needs to be shut down. They need to be sued or something. These people are stealing money from others.
Website said 30 day returns but dresses came from China
I emailed right away to ask for a return since there's no customer service phone number. No response for 2 days, then they offered me store credit. I said no because I don't trust the materials or the quality. Then they told me I'd have to ship it back to China but never gave me an address.
I never would have bought anything if I knew about the poor materials and no return service. I'm out $162.97 on this scam clothing company.
Ordered from Preston Hayes and got the wrong product
Their address is 2248 Broadway, New York, NY 10024. I've tried to get this sorted out but nothing has happened. I just want my money back or the actual product I paid for.

I ordered three shirts for my husband. The quality was bad, the sizing was bad, and the colors didn't match what was on the website. It also took forever to arrive. I asked for a refund following the instructions on their site. It took three emails before anyone even got back to me. They offered me a 150% store credit to buy something else. I said no, I want a refund. Two days later she finally responded and said I'd have to ship it back to China, which she said is often 50-60% of the item's value, so she offered me just a 20% refund instead of shipping it back.
Scam scam scam. I'm leaving this review everywhere I can so hopefully others don't make the same mistake.
Shoes ordered from Preston Hayes still not here
Well, it’s past that now and nothing. They say the shoes are coming from overseas, if they’re even coming at all. Customer service won’t answer any real questions. They just keep telling me to track the order myself.
No phone number to call. I’ve spent $69.99 and I don’t even know if I’ll get anything. Their website is prestonhayes.com and the email is [email protected] but that doesn’t help me get my money back or my shoes.
Ordered a top weeks ago and still nothing from Preston Hayes
I tried to cancel the order a couple times and they said it was too late. Then today I got an email from them saying my order had been delayed. This isn't even a legitimate company, and I am never gonna get that top. At this point I do not want it at all. I want my money back because I am on a limited income and I am seventy six years old. I tried to report it to the Better Business Bureau but because it's not a legitimate company I couldn't do that either.
Ordered three linen shirts but got wrong size with tags cut off
I've been trying to contact Preston Hayes Sales for the past week and nobody responds. So now I'm $150 into 3 shirts that are too small with no refund and no way to get my money back.
Absolutely absurd experience. I consider this a scam site based on how they treated me.
