Ordered a top weeks ago and still nothing from Preston Hayes

On July 12th I ordered a top from a company called Preston Hayes out of New York. I asked them if it could be delivered by July 22nd and they said the top would be shipped out right away. Well today is the 27th of July and I still don't have it.

I tried to cancel the order a couple times and they said it was too late. Then today I got an email from them saying my order had been delayed. This isn't even a legitimate company, and I am never gonna get that top. At this point I do not want it at all. I want my money back because I am on a limited income and I am seventy six years old. I tried to report it to the Better Business Bureau but because it's not a legitimate company I couldn't do that either.

Ordered three linen shirts but got wrong size with tags cut off

I ordered 3 Kyoto Men's Lightweight Linen Cotton Japanese Style Shirts in different colors from prestonhayes.com. After a long delivery time, I got 3 shirts that are clearly not the Large I ordered. I say clearly because all the labels inside the shirts were cut off...nothing saying Preston Hayes and nothing showing the size. And this package arrived nearly 2 full weeks after I ordered.

I've been trying to contact Preston Hayes Sales for the past week and nobody responds. So now I'm $150 into 3 shirts that are too small with no refund and no way to get my money back.

Absolutely absurd experience. I consider this a scam site based on how they treated me.
