No tags on clothes and not linen like they said
And they definitely are not linen. I don't know what the material is but it's not what I paid for. I've tried to get my money back, the 130 dollars I spent, but they just won't refund me. I've asked and asked but nothing.
So just don't order anything from this company. It's a fraudulent clothing site. They take your money and send you stuff that isn't what they advertised. I'm just out the money now.
Website promised full refund but only offered 20% back
So I emailed them at [email protected] to try and return everything and get my 236 dollars back. They said they would only give me 20% back. I asked for the address to send the merchandise back and they just wouldn't give it to me. So I'm stuck with this stuff I don't want and I'm out most of my money.
Blouses came in with no tags and wrong material
There's no tags on them at all. No company name, no fiber content, nothing about washing instructions. The package didn't even have an invoice inside. I paid 95 dollars for this and I can't even return them because there's no paperwork. Just feels like a complete waste.
Ordered a knit from prestonhayes.com and got something totally different from China
I reached out the same day I got it asking for a return label and a refund because it wasn't what I ordered. The customer service person first offered me 20% off to keep it. I said no and asked for return instructions. Then she came back with 40% off and I said no again and asked for the return info. Now she's back to the 20% offer and won't give me the return instructions. This is a joke.
