Ordered a dress online and never got it and now their site is gone

I bought a dress from prettygarden.com for $70.20 and it never showed up. The tracking number just stopped updating and then their website went down completely. I have been sending emails to [email protected] but nobody is writing me back.

They have an address in Centennial, CO but I don't know if that's even real at this point. Just want my money back or the dress.
