Bought a dress online and never got it

I bought a dress from this website prettygarden.store and it never showed up. I spent $67.50 on it. The tracking number they gave me did not work at all, just kept saying invalid or something.

It is not even showing up in my SHOP app orders like it never existed. I tried emailing support at [email protected] but nobody ever wrote me back. Now the website itself is not working anymore when I try to go to it. So I am just out the money and have no dress.
