Paid for oil delivery over three weeks ago and still nothing

I called and bought fuel oil from PriceRite Oil in Thomaston, CT on June 3rd. They said the earliest they could deliver to Waterbury would be June 20th. So I paid with my debit card, they charged me $394 that same day.

It's now June 30th and I still haven't gotten my oil. I've emailed them a bunch of times and called their company over and over. I leave messages but nobody ever calls me back. Nothing.
