Bought an ultrasound machine and they stopped answering after payment

I found an ultrasound machine on their website primatechmedical.com and contacted them about it. They emailed me back with their bank info so I could pay for it. I sent the payment in February 2026.

After I paid, they just stopped replying to my emails. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but nothing. I lost $4026.50. I filed a case with the FBI about it. I have the WISE payment confirmation I can show.
