Job offer wanted me to pay for a Freelance ID before paying me

I did some translation work for them and they said I needed to get a Freelance ID before they could pay me. They wanted me to pay them $60 for it. I never heard of any Freelance ID so I told them no.

They keep saying they cannot pay me unless I get this ID. I already did the work and now they won't pay. The email they used was [email protected]. I lost $2025 from this.
