Got a fake customer support call about my Prime Video account

I was trying to get customer support for my Prime Video account. I got a call from a guy who said he was from support. He told me someone was trying to use my account to buy technical equipment and that he could help me stop it.

But the way he was asking questions, it just felt wrong. I realized he was trying to scam me. I had already given him my bank card details because he said he needed them to help.

I called my bank right away to cancel that card and get a new one. The whole thing was really stressful. The number he called from was (833) 365-5591.
