Wire transfer for a trailer then a surprise insurance fee

I bought a trailer from Primeload trailers LLC, they also go by TB Trailers. I wire transferred the money on 6/22/2026. They said it would be picked up by the transport company and delivered in 5 to 7 days.

The transport company sent me a picture of it hooked up to their truck for pickup. Then they said they would load it on a trailer and send me a tracking number. Next morning I got a text with a tracking number and a pending insurance fee of $765.00. That wasn't part of the deal.
