Website took my money and I can’t get any answers

My debit card got flagged by my bank for a fraudulent charge. It was for almost $30. I found the website PrimePDF.com but there is no info on there for me.

I’ve been emailing them back and forth but they say they can’t find any information on me either. Now they want me to send them documents I don’t have. The address they gave is in Claymont, DE. I just want my money back.
