Bought two Epicoolers online and never got anything

I bought 2 epicoolers online from what showed up on my debit card as PRIMESHOPPERS*A. Paid $241.96 from my CHIME Card on May 29, 2026 at 7:37 p.m. Never received anything at all.

I been trying to contact them since May 30 via text, email, and phone. They hung up on me, avoided me, just ignored me completely. Their website is [email protected]/contactus and email is [email protected]. Phone number is (302) 207-3829.

I want a refund and I want someone to look into this so other people don't get scammed too.
